Remove smoking in the rooms I was overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes, sheets smell like smoke and the blankets have burn marks in them other than that it was fine.

At check in, clerk changed my room to a first floor room. This old guy appreciated no stairs had to be taken! Room clean, no bugs. Did have working refrigerator and air conditioner.

The personalities of the folks - we were greeted warmly; in the morning, we were a little late for breakfast, and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy! we were able to park close to the room, which we liked
